SOAR Movement is a virtual studio offering live online online courses and classes to help you move and live well.

SOAR stands for Strengthen Open Align Restore and that is what we help you do so you can live the life you were meant to live: happy, healthy, and functional.

We cater to people looking to improve their health and posture with exercise designed for their bodies in any stage of life. SOAR Movement reduces risk of injury, chronic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, bone loss, and inflammation at any age or stage of life. From youth to pregnancy and post-partum to mid-life through menopause we have something for you.

Tanna is dedicated to an evidence based approach and uses biomechanics to assess your alignment and movement patterns and creates a workout as unique as you. The workouts will be unlike anything you've done before and will work to even out imbalances caused by daily living. This makes all movements easier and safer in the long run.
